Different Denver neighborhoods favor different lighting looks. The Denver Lighting Partners team breaks down what we see across the metros most distinctive corridors.

After enough seasons working the Denver Metro, the Denver Lighting Partners team has noticed clear design preferences in different neighborhoods. Here is what we install where.

Cherry Creek

Cherry Creek homes lean classic warm white. Tight, even spacing along the roofline. Wrapped trunk lighting on mature trees. Restrained landscape accents on the front yard. The Cherry Creek North shopping district extends this look to retail with consistent warm white storefront packages.

The Cherry Creek aesthetic is understated curb appeal. Less is more. The display should look intentional, never flashy.

Highlands Ranch

Highlands Ranch properties tend to push bigger. Larger lots, more roofline to light, often with detached garages and extended landscape features. Permanent LED systems are especially popular here because homeowners want flexibility through every season.

Broncos orange on game day is more common in Highlands Ranch than anywhere else we work.

Centennial

Centennial mixes tasteful traditional displays with the occasional bold custom design. We see a lot of mixed-color roofline work here -- warm white primary, with color accents on landscape features. Permanent systems are growing quickly in Centennial as newer construction moves in.

Littleton

The Littleton aesthetic is reserved and community-minded. HOA-driven design standards keep neighborhoods coordinated, which lets the lighting really pop. We do a lot of estate-scale roofline work here, plus community common area packages.

Arvada and Westminster

Newer construction, larger lots, and a diverse demographic. Permanent LED systems are most popular here because homeowners are setting up homes they plan to live in for decades.

Aurora

Aurora properties tend to want layered displays -- roofline plus landscape plus accent. Larger families, more events at the house, more demand for festive looks beyond just December.

Englewood

Historic. Architectural. The team works carefully on older homes and downtown storefronts here. The historic Englewood corridor is one of the more visually distinctive lighting environments in the Denver Metro.
