Four Things That Make Denver Different
Exterior lighting is sold as a national product. It is delivered as a local one. These are the four conditions that change how the work actually gets done here, and they are the reason a Denver quote should not read like a quote from anywhere else.

The install window is set by altitude, not the calendar
Denver sunsets arrive early and the sun is intense right up until it drops behind the Front Range. Practical crew daylight in November is shorter than the clock suggests, and roof surfaces swing from workable to hazardous inside a single afternoon. Our productive window runs from roughly mid-October into the first week of December, and we schedule to daylight rather than to demand.

Snow melts off, so the install has to look finished
In markets with persistent snowpack, a sloppy install disappears under three months of white. Denver does not work that way. High-altitude sun clears a dark roof within a day or two of most storms, which means seams, downleads, and wire routing are visible all winter. We finish the parts of the job other markets can get away with hiding.

Hail changes the sequencing conversation
The I-25 corridor takes real hail. That means roof replacement is a normal event here, not a rare one. Before we mount anything permanent, we ask about your roof age and any open claim. If the roof is coming off, we say so and we wait. Sequencing correctly costs us a job now and saves you paying for the same install twice.

Association review is part of the job
A large share of Denver metro rooftops sit inside HOA-governed communities with architectural standards. We prepare the daylight-appearance photos, mounting details, and specifications you need to submit. Your covenants govern and your board decides. We supply the paperwork and stay in our lane.

Property walk
We come to the building, measure the runs, note the elevations, and look at roof pitch, access, and power. No quoting from satellite imagery.

Scheduled install
A date, a crew, and a daylight plan. Commercial sites get after-hours windows where tenant operations require it.

Takedown or handoff
Seasonal work comes down and goes into climate-controlled storage. Permanent systems get an as-built packet and app handoff.

Common Questions
- We serve the full Denver Metro Area including Denver, Aurora, Lakewood, Englewood, Centennial, Highlands Ranch, Littleton, Arvada, Westminster, and Thornton. If you are outside these boundaries, call us. For larger projects we travel.
- We install before the worst of the Colorado winter, typically mid-October through the first week of December. Our clip systems are rated for Colorado cold and do not damage shingles or contribute to ice buildup the way nails or staples do. If a weather event causes any issue mid-season, we come out and fix it. You should never be climbing onto a cold roof to deal with your lights.
- Reserve your spot by Labor Day if you want first pick of dates. Our calendar fills through October and into early December. Commercial clients on annual contracts get locked install windows before the public calendar opens.
- Three things. First, we work safely on roofs and ladders that should not be climbed in Colorado weather. Second, we use commercial-grade LED and channel systems that look better and last longer than anything sold at a big-box store. Third, we store your lights for you year over year so the same display goes back up every season with zero effort from you.
- Permanent lighting is a slim aluminum channel mounted along your roofline or soffit with individually addressable LED nodes inside. You control color, brightness, and patterns from an app. For Denver homes it is especially popular because Colorado homeowners want outdoor lighting for the full year -- not just December. You skip the ladder, the storage, and the seasonal install fee every year.
