Denver Lighting Partners is a locally owned and operated franchise serving the Denver Metro Area with professional holiday and permanent LED lighting installation. The Denver team runs as an owner-operator group -- the same people who quote your property walk it before quote, sit in on install scheduling, and stand behind every install through the full season. Client-first from the first call to the final strand, with the buying power and product spec of the Lighting Partners national network behind every job.

Every property gets walked. On a Front Range property the things that change the price are things you cannot see from above: roof pitch and condition, where the power actually is, whether a lift can reach the downhill side of a walkout, whether the trim will take a fastener. A satellite quote is a guess that gets revised on install day, and revised quotes are how this trade earned its reputation.
The number in writing is the number on the invoice
Scope and price go out in writing before anything is ordered. If the scope changes because of something we find, the revised number goes to you in writing first and you decide. No verbal add-ons, no discovery pricing.
We specify for altitude and impact, not for catalog margin
Denver sits above 5,280 feet, gets more UV than a sea-level city at the same latitude, and sits in one of the more hail-active corridors in the country. That drives real material decisions: UV-stabilized lenses, aluminum extrusion, mounting geometry that survives impact, and segment-replaceable runs. It costs more up front than the national default spec and it is why systems here last.
We will tell you not to buy something
If your roof is coming off after a hail claim, we say do the roof first even though it delays our job. If a permanent system is wrong for a historic facade, we say so. If you call in late December and the safe install window has closed, we book you for next October instead of taking the money and doing it badly.
Service in season is part of the deal
A section going dark in the second week of December is exactly the scenario a customer is paying to avoid. On contracted work, service calls are included. Nobody who hired us should be on a Colorado roof in January.
Association paperwork is our job, not yours
A large share of Denver metro rooftops sit inside HOA-governed communities. We prepare the daylight-appearance photos, mounting details, and specifications in a form you can submit to your board. We do not represent you to the board and we do not predict approval. Your covenants govern.
Why a Colorado Crew Should Not Install a National Spec
Denver winters run from mid-October through March. The Mile High City sees dramatic temperature swings -- warm sunny afternoons can drop 40 degrees overnight. Snowfall is frequent but often melts quickly during the day. High altitude UV exposure and freeze-thaw cycles make durable commercial-grade installation critical. Denver Lighting Partners installs in the prime window of October through early December using hardware rated for Colorado mountain-front range conditions. Takedown runs February through March once the primary season ends.
Three of those conditions are genuinely unusual and each changes the build. Altitude UV degrades lens plastics faster than at sea level, which is a materials decision. Front Range hail means assuming impact rather than hoping to avoid it, which is a mounting-geometry and serviceability decision. Daily thirty and forty degree temperature swings mean dozens of expansion cycles per winter rather than a handful, which is a fastener and expansion-gap decision.
None of that shows up in a catalog. All of it shows up in year five.

Common Questions
- We serve the full Denver Metro Area including Denver, Aurora, Lakewood, Englewood, Centennial, Highlands Ranch, Littleton, Arvada, Westminster, and Thornton. If you are outside these boundaries, call us. For larger projects we travel.
- We install before the worst of the Colorado winter, typically mid-October through the first week of December. Our clip systems are rated for Colorado cold and do not damage shingles or contribute to ice buildup the way nails or staples do. If a weather event causes any issue mid-season, we come out and fix it. You should never be climbing onto a cold roof to deal with your lights.
- Reserve your spot by Labor Day if you want first pick of dates. Our calendar fills through October and into early December. Commercial clients on annual contracts get locked install windows before the public calendar opens.
- Three things. First, we work safely on roofs and ladders that should not be climbed in Colorado weather. Second, we use commercial-grade LED and channel systems that look better and last longer than anything sold at a big-box store. Third, we store your lights for you year over year so the same display goes back up every season with zero effort from you.
- Permanent lighting is a slim aluminum channel mounted along your roofline or soffit with individually addressable LED nodes inside. You control color, brightness, and patterns from an app. For Denver homes it is especially popular because Colorado homeowners want outdoor lighting for the full year -- not just December. You skip the ladder, the storage, and the seasonal install fee every year.
