Serving the Greater Denver Metro & Front Range
Denver Lighting Partners designs and installs professional holiday and permanent LED lighting across the Denver Metro and Front Range, with deep coverage in Cherry Creek, Cherry Hills Village, the Denver Tech Center corridor, Highlands Ranch, and the major residential markets from Arvada to Aurora.
One Standard of Work Across the Front Range
We are a locally operated franchise serving the Denver Metro with the backing of the Lighting Partners national network. That means crews who know Colorado freeze-thaw conditions, Front Range wind loads, and altitude UV exposure, paired with commercial-grade supply chain and product engineering that handles the climate.
Whether you are on an estate lot in Cherry Hills Village, managing a Class A office park in the Denver Tech Center, or looking to upgrade your Highlands Ranch home with permanent LED, the installation standard does not change. Same commercial-grade clips, same UV-rated LED, same in-season service model.

Denver Metro Communities We Serve
Organized by sub-region. Each area has its own architecture and climate considerations, and our crews know all of them.
Cherry Creek & Denver Core
Urban Core + Luxury Residential
Cherry Creek North is our highest-demand commercial market — coordinated retail lighting programs, boutique storefronts, and the restaurant corridor. The surrounding residential neighborhoods in Cherry Creek, Park Hill, and Congress Park feature a mix of historic bungalows, new construction, and estate-scale properties. We install permanent LED and holiday programs across the urban core and coordinate overnight commercial installs to keep retail hours uninterrupted.
Cherry Creek
Cherry Creek North retail district and luxury residential. Overnight commercial installs, estate permanent LED, and holiday programs.
Capitol Hill
Historic urban residential. Victorian and craftsman homes. Careful install methods on original masonry and older facades.
Congress Park
Established residential neighborhood. Roofline, tree wrapping, and permanent LED for long-term homeowners.
Wash Park
Washington Park corridor — upscale residential with mature landscaping. Roofline and landscape lighting programs.
Cherry Hills Village & Tech Center
Estate & Commercial Corridor
Cherry Hills Village and the Denver Tech Center corridor represent two of our largest account types: estate residential in Cherry Hills and Class A commercial in the DTC. Estate properties in Cherry Hills have long rooflines, mature trees, and homeowners who want architectural lighting year-round. The Denver Tech Center through Greenwood Village and Centennial has the multi-building office park contracts, and we coordinate around tenant operating hours as a matter of course.
Cherry Hills Village
Estate-scale residential. Full-property permanent LED programs, roofline and landscape lighting, app-controlled color.
Greenwood Village
Denver Tech Center commercial corridor. Multi-building office park contracts and annual holiday programs.
Centennial
HOA-governed communities and DTC-adjacent commercial. HOA entrance and common area lighting contracts.
Englewood
Historic downtown storefronts and residential. Preservation-conscious installs on older commercial facades.
Highlands Ranch, Littleton & Southwest
Family Residential + Retail
Highlands Ranch is one of the largest HOA-governed communities in the country, and we are practiced at working through their architectural standards. Littleton adds the historic Main Street commercial corridor plus established residential. The southwest metro has strong permanent LED demand from homeowners with newer-construction properties who want year-round flexibility without annual ladder work.
Highlands Ranch
Large HOA-governed residential community. Entrance lighting, clubhouse programs, and estate residential installs.
Littleton
Historic Main Street commercial and residential. Storefront holiday programs and residential estate installs.
Morrison
Foothills community with mountain-view properties. Permanent LED installs for homeowners who want year-round curb appeal.
Lone Tree
Park Meadows corridor commercial and residential. Retail and office programs plus large-lot residential.
Aurora, Lakewood & North Suburbs
Metro Coverage
Aurora has some of the largest commercial properties in the Denver Metro, including multi-building Class A office parks and healthcare campuses. Lakewood and Arvada add residential demand from established west-side neighborhoods. Westminster and Thornton round out our north-metro coverage with newer residential and commercial development. For larger commercial projects across the full Front Range, we travel on request.

Large office park corridor and healthcare campuses. Multi-building commercial contracts and residential across Aurora neighborhoods.
Lakewood
West-side established residential. Roofline, tree wrapping, and permanent LED for long-time homeowners.
Arvada
Olde Town commercial district and residential. Growing permanent LED market in newer-construction neighborhoods.
Westminster
North metro residential and commercial. New-build neighborhoods with long-term homeowners choosing permanent LED.
Denver Metro Install & Service Calendar
Colorado weather sets the install window. Here is how the year runs across our service area.
Booking opens + property walks
Commercial clients and annual contract holders lock install dates. Residential booking opens in August. Calendars fill fast — book early or risk the waitlist.
Install season begins
Colorado shoulder season: mild daytime temps with early cold nights. Our install window opens in October and runs through late November. The altitude and Front Range wind mean we start early.
Active season + service calls
In-season service included. Freeze-thaw and Front Range windstorms can knock things loose — we handle service calls included with every install.
Spring takedown + storage
Full removal and storage once the major snow season clears. Permanent systems stay up year-round and shift to everyday scenes.
Zip Codes We Cover
Primary zip codes in our Denver Metro service area. Adjacent zips across Denver, Arapahoe, Douglas, Jefferson, and Adams counties are usually serviceable — reach out to confirm.
Colorado Climate & Install Notes
Denver winters run from mid-October through March. The Mile High City sees dramatic temperature swings -- warm sunny afternoons can drop 40 degrees overnight. Snowfall is frequent but often melts quickly during the day. High altitude UV exposure and freeze-thaw cycles make durable commercial-grade installation critical. Denver Lighting Partners installs in the prime window of October through early December using hardware rated for Colorado mountain-front range conditions. Takedown runs February through March once the primary season ends.
Service Area FAQs
- We serve the full Denver Metro Area including Denver, Aurora, Lakewood, Englewood, Centennial, Highlands Ranch, Littleton, Arvada, Westminster, and Thornton. If you are outside these boundaries, call us. For larger projects we travel.
- We install before the worst of the Colorado winter, typically mid-October through the first week of December. Our clip systems are rated for Colorado cold and do not damage shingles or contribute to ice buildup the way nails or staples do. If a weather event causes any issue mid-season, we come out and fix it. You should never be climbing onto a cold roof to deal with your lights.
- Reserve your spot by Labor Day if you want first pick of dates. Our calendar fills through October and into early December. Commercial clients on annual contracts get locked install windows before the public calendar opens.
- Three things. First, we work safely on roofs and ladders that should not be climbed in Colorado weather. Second, we use commercial-grade LED and channel systems that look better and last longer than anything sold at a big-box store. Third, we store your lights for you year over year so the same display goes back up every season with zero effort from you.
- Permanent lighting is a slim aluminum channel mounted along your roofline or soffit with individually addressable LED nodes inside. You control color, brightness, and patterns from an app. For Denver homes it is especially popular because Colorado homeowners want outdoor lighting for the full year -- not just December. You skip the ladder, the storage, and the seasonal install fee every year.
- Yes. We do urban storefronts, mixed-use buildings, and Class A office properties throughout the Denver Metro. These properties often need permit coordination and after-hours installs, and the Denver Lighting Partners team handles both.
